Meeting time

Let's get a meeting setup. How is before or after practice this wensday work?

I work until practice, so I could only do afterwards.

I can do before but have my kiddo so not after.

Anyone else have a preference or should we shoot for next wed the 11 or Sunday the 15th?

if we do the 15th can we make it in the evening? B's have a bout the day before like 4 hours away

I'm not too concerned about when the meeting is, but, just as an FYI, the plan is to have bout posters printed and hung by the weekend of the 15th (4 weeks ahead of the bout). So, as long as we can have all the information settled for the bout poster within a few days, the rest can be planned later.

The Duncans Walk is the 15th too...hoping some fits will come out and support!!!
