Agenda for 11/1

10am – 2pm: Set up
2pm – VIP table volunteers arrive
2pm-3:00pm – Skater, Ref, NSO, Volunteer check-in
3:00-3:40 - All teams/refs open warm-up
3:40-4:00 – Black team Warm Up
4:00-4:20 – White team Warm Up
4pm – Doors open
4:25- EAP Meeting- All Captains, Head NSO, Head Ref, Coaches, and 1 skater representative from each team MUST ATTEND
4:30 – All Captains Meeting
4:45 – Gear Check (White and Black teams)
5pm – Introductions, National Anthem, Bout Starts
5:35 (ish) – Half time
5:50 – second half begins
6:10 – First bout over
6:10 – Intermission
6:10-6:25 - Hooligans Warm Up
6:25-6:40 - MissFits Warm Up
6:45 – Gear Check (MissFits and Hooligans)
6:50 – Introductions, Bout Starts
7:20 - Half time
7:35 – Second half begins
8:05 – Second bout Over!

The tickets say that the first bout is at 5:00 and the second bout starts at 6:30.

Which one is correct?

The agenda has 30 min halves for the mixer and we're doing 20 min halves-- so the mixer should be over 20 minutes earlier/ closer to a second bout start time of 6:30

Updated to account for 20 minute halves, but I left the first half of the first bout the same length since the anthem, mock jam, intros, etc. seem to take about that long anyway. Let me know if there's anything else I need to change please!
