Kids Corner

Would anyone object if I/we set up some kinds of kids area? There are quite a few young ones and they get bord easy and start doing things that as a mother make me very anxous and cringy. It wouldn't be anything over the top since its our last home bout, just something simple. Color pages and crayons, maybe a chalk tick tak toe board, maybe a skate related craft or even a decorate a cupcake (this we could charge $1 for).

I just hate watching them run around, slipping all over the floor, getting into things and doing things that will get them hurt.

So, yeah... that's it.

That is a great idea. There would need to be a sign posted that states that the area is not supervised just like at pools. I have seen this done at other bouts.

Thanks! As for the supervision, I thought if it were set up in the corner by the bathrooms I could keep an eye on it and the bake sale. I'll still post a sign just to be safe. I thought about having my oldest kinda "babysit" the area.... but she's not always the most responsable herself! lol Maybe if someone else had a more responsible teen/older kid to kinda babysit the area? I know we have troubles getting the important work spots filled....
