Windy City Training Camp
I invited everyone to the FB event already, but here is the info incase you did not see it there.
Hello,
The Windy City Rollers are hosting two training camps. These camps are designed and led by our All-Star team. They will be small and there will be a high trainer to skater ratio to ensure individual attention. Space is limited to 30 skaters and up to 15 off-skates observers (coaches/managers/trainers). The camps are one day and run from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm with breaks and strategy sessions built in.
The beginner camp is designed for first year or fresh meat skaters looking to improve basic skating and derby skills. But, it is suitable for skaters of all levels looking to work on fundamentals. It is also recommended for trainers and skaters that are involved in skater development.
The advanced camp is for skaters with at least one year of scrimmage and bout experience. It will focus more on higher level skills and strategies.
If you have any interested skaters, please direct them to our Facebook event pages.
