MissFits Track Jackets

So I have been working with the wonderful Sparklee Spitfire, from the Push, on coming up with MissFit track jackets. They are like the Push ones, but better cause they are MissFits lol.

So this is the info from her: You are looking at about $62 per jacket. I do names for an extra $7.00. Names can always be added later.
What we did was only skaters got black jackets. Refs, coaches, support staff got grey. These come in green too, so there's always that option for you.

So at the last board meeting we decided that we are MissFits so get whatever color you want lol...I would like to start taking orders for them, Snarker is going to make up a doodle poll so we stay more organized. Im sure she will post it before I finish writing this hehe

Camp - could you get me a list of color & size options & anything else that we need to order these? If there's a website where we order the jackets, just let me know where & I can grab the color choices and get them in the order form. CAN'T WAIT!!!

Question: If we wanted to get our individual name put on there, where (on the jacket) would that go? Thanks!

I love the idea of having a track jacket.

The only reservation I have...(you know me...) : Are we not playing with the idea of creating a new logo anytime soon? That was brought up at the last meeting, but then it seemed to have died. Was there a board/league decision on that? If not, should we nail down our permanent league logo before we get the jackets made?

Well then, sign me up! 60 some bucks is a lot to drop if there was a possiblity to switch it up, that's all. I'm so excited, this is so official. lol

Just to be sure I'm clear on the decisions before I post the order form:

1) We'll offer black jackets w/ green embroidery for all MissFits, including Refs & NSOs (fwiw, the Push got grey for Refs). Non-MissFits won't be able to order these.

2) Everyone gets to choose whether they want their name on their jacket; it can be either on the front or on the back above or below the logo. If you want your name on your jacket, you'll get to choose color and font for your name

3) Payment due up front, to the MissFits

This all sounds great to me. Where are we at with the progress on this? I'd love to go to a website to view the basic jacket. I want to get a closer look and check the sizing info. Any way to post the website where the jacket can be found?

Ok, we have an order form!! If you want to write out your name in a specific font or colors or have any other notes that you'd rather email, send them to me and I'll coordinate and send them to Sparklee.

We need payment up-front on these, so Camp or I will be coordinating before we send the orders off to Sparklee.

Also, she will send a proof back to each of us w/ an image of what your name will look like, so that you can approve it before it's actually stitched on the jacket.

i really really want one but will need to try on a 2x if anyone will have one when they bring sample sizes. Unless of course they can order me a 3x which i know should fit since thats what i wear in a mens tshirt....crossing my fingers here

i am totally lost on how you did that camp. i went to the site...found some font...but can i use diff fonts or what? how do i make them all appear together like you did?

I'm guessing that Camp downloaded the font and then wrote that in Paint or some other program.

We can send Sparklee the text like that, all set up w/colors as an example, but she'll probably need to know the name of the font in order to reproduce it. I think...

lol no you can use one, or 2 or 5 like me I just downloaded them to my computer to see what it would look like and play around with it.

Here are two styles that come in 3x. They are a little different and about $5.00 more. Let me know what you think.

I like the second style better, I think its a little closer to the ones that the Push have.

i vote number 2 as well cause cotton and spandex is waaaaay better than fleece.

Anyone know what font is used in our logo? I looked at the websites and couldn't find anything quite right.
Just in case I happen to be OCD and would like my name/number to match exactly....

I think it's either Times New Roman or Georgia. Maybe.
