Important Attendance Reminders!

Hello Everyone!

HR wants all of our home team skaters to be eligible to bout on August 24th! With that in mind, here's a few reminders!

1) To be eligible to bout, you need to have 50% practice attendance within the four week period prior to the bout. Extra credit events such as mixers, fostering, training camps, etc., may count towards practice attendance, but may only make up 50% of the total.

2) Since Ice worked so hard to create formulas in the attendance document, your practice attendance percentage is being calculated automatically. This means everyone should be able to check their attendance without any problems. This also means that HR will not be sending out attendance reminders, since we can all check our own attendance and know exactly what our practice attendance percentages are. 3) Also, even if you are not skating in the home bout on August 24th, you are still expected to attend and help out. Home bout attendance is mandatory for all skaters. Please sign up for a volunteer slot. If you have a conflict that you absolutely cannot get out of, that would prevent you from attending even a portion of the bout to help out, please contact Ice and HR with an explanation.
