ohhhhh ouch!
Is it normal to have hella lower back pain when starting out? is it a weak muscle thing or a stance thing? I have it when attempting laps to practice crossovers.

Yes, it's totally normal, and its a combo of new stance + weak muscle. Practice, and STReTch!! Get down on all fours and arch like a cat then bow like a cow to work it out. It'll get better over time, promise!

I still get this from time to time. I lay on the floor and bring my knees to my chest then turn my lower half to each side.

Thank you everyone, I did both those stretches both before and during my practice and was able to skate for MUCH longer.
