10/30/12: Uptown Normal Treat Fest!

Treat Fest is on Tuesday, October 30 from 5:00 - 6:30 at the Coffeehound in Uptown Normal.

The Coffeehound in Normal is graciously allowing us to hand out candy and bout fliers at their storefront in Normal for Treat Fest this year! This means that we don't have to scramble to buy candy.

We need three or four people who can go and hand out candy and flyers. This event is very popular, and this will allow us to advertise our November 3rd bout to so many families! This also will only be an hour and a half, and you'll be able to come to most of Tuesday's scrimmage. The children in their costumes are also adorable! I'm sad I won't be able to do it this year!

I can do this, then get all jacked up on coffee and candy for breakfast before JMFK and I run a killer practice!

I can do this too - the fam will be up there trick or treating anyway!

Bump. So, Smash and Jackers are down. Can we get two to three more? If someone can share with the freshies (and then communicate back if any are interested), that would be great!

I e-mailed the Coffeehound to let them know that Jackers, Smash, and Melle are going. However, more people are more than welcome to go. This is a great advertising opportunity for us, so if a few more could go that would be great.

Treat Fest starts right at 5:00, so if you get to the Coffeehound by like 4:50 that would be great. Thanks so much guys!

Smash has the flyers. Becky, freshmeat, has the sign and was supposed to give it to Melle at freshmeat practice. Did she not, Melle?

I was at home on a WFTDA conference call last night, sorry! Also, Crux and I will be a little late to Uptown; we get out of work at 5p!
