I was just wondering, are we doing an autograph table this time? I thought it worked really well last time, but it's not on the sign up. Should we just report over to the table after our bout is done?

I believe we are. Crux had a good idea. Skaters from the first bout Go to autograph table after bout and skaters in the second bout go over during half time of the first. Maybe no signup nessecary. Just grab a teammate and go over there for like 10 min or so:)

I signed up to set up merch 1-4 and I still plan to do that. But my kid has a bday party @ noon so I might come in early to set up & then come back after.

Hey Everyone - I made a mistake on the time I need some people for check in and such. Because we are starting the bout at 5pm, we need people to check in at 2pm, so I need people working VIP table to be there at 1:45pm instead of 3pm. Also, doors will open at 4pm so people selling tickets will need to be there and ready for ticket sales a little earlier.

I apologize for the late notice - I just made this realization today when I looked over the volunteer list. If you are not able to be there at the new time, please let me know and we will work it out. Sorry for the confusion! I'll be posting an agenda soon!

VIP Table - 1:45pm - 3pm
Skater Check-in - 2pm-3pm
Ticket Sales - 3:45pm - 6pm
