Bout planning meeting minutes

Sorry if this is hard to read, I do have it in outline format on word, but can't copy and paste it in outline format on the forum.

• Discussed the age of volunteers
• Decided children ten and up could volunteer, but would need an older buddy to work with them.
 Parents will have to sign a waiver in order for their children to volunteer
• Anyone 18 and over will not need a buddy and will not need a waiver signed
• Missfits are the only people allowed to handle cash
• Missfits are the only people allowed to do the ticket sales
• Discussed the need to sell coffee because a lot of people ask for it at the bake sale
• Not sure if we are allowed to sell coffee because might need a food license to do so.
• Discussed possibility of making it before hand and bringing it in
• Also talked about just having hot water and the single coffee packets to sell, that way we are not making the coffee
• Wanna B’s vs. Kentucky first bout and All Stars vs. Confluence Crush second bout
• Doors open at 5
• 1st bout at 6
• 2nd bout at 8
• We will order 300 $10 tickets and 100 $15 tickets.
• We will keep the online ticket sales.
• Normal Police office interested in singing the national anthem
• Nonny will be looking into this
• Halftime
• Discussed Hula hooping
• Dinah has a dance team that may want to perform to Beatles song (she will look into this)
• Also discussed looking for a band that may be able to play Beatles during half time
 Will do this if first two options fail
• Check presentation will be done in between the two bouts
• Not decided who will do the check presentation yet.
 Posted on the forum to see who is interested
• Check presentation needs to be kept short
• Volunteers
• Sockit will be doing the sign up genius for volunteers.
• Hospitality
• Bangher and Smash will be heading up hospitality again and will get the signup genius together
• We will now just be putting the hospitality items in the changing rooms
• A representative from Atom wheels will be there and needs a table
• Table will be set up where hospitality table used to be since skaters will be the people most interested in wheels

• Will set up an autograph table
• Table will be next to LeNeve photography, since Meltdown is not able to make it this time around.
• Will add autograph table to sign up genius
 Autographs will be done before the bout starts, during halftimes, in between the two bouts.
 Skaters can also sign autographs after the bout but will no longer have the autograph table at this time.
• Larsony will look into free after party food. If we cannot find it cheaper than Flingers than we will keep Flingers as the after party food.
