friendly attendance reminder

if you will not be attending practice, you have to tell ME somehow directly. putting it somewhere on the forum in a post about that day so doesnt count. we've got so much going on in this thing that it all gets lost and im not combing through threads to figure out who told me and who didnt.
i prefer texting or facebook messages. i cant get my email on my phone and am rarely next to a computer.

next- you dont have to say if youre 'in' on a practice anymore. we were mostly needing that when we were at skate n place and had to pay per person. also when scrimmages were on saturdays and we were worried about not having enough people.
now that its on wednesdays, we almost have too many.
unless you tell me otherwise, we're just going to assume you'll be there.
i also make a note of whether or not you told me you'd be missing, and if you make a habit of not telling me- i get hr on yo ass.

also, i think a lot of you are using your team practice in place of a saturday or a wednesday.
this is completely fine.
HOWEVER, you still need to let me know if you will be missing a main vet practice.
new freshies and those still needing to attend mondays: only have to tell me about mondays.
everyone else: wednesdays and saturdays.
and yes- we keep track of those that attend mondays (vets not required) and extra team practices.
