Chime's (Sonic Mascot) Birthday Party 8/31

Sonic has asked us once again to help out at their annual birthday party for Chime's from 2pm - 4pm on Saturday 8/31. This is a fun event that we have done in the past. You just skate around talk about derby and help out. She is asking that we have 3 - 4 skates participate. Please let me know if you can make this event. We will have little flyers for the Oct. 5th bout to pass out.

I'm available for this if it's still a thing.

Thank you so much Adriene! Yes this is still a thing and we still need volunteers. I was just about to send out a 911 as no one has responded. This is a super easy way for us to promote our next bout and continue to build a relationship with Sonic.

We need 3 - 5 more people. I didn't think we needed a sign up genius since this requires such little work and so few of us. So one spot down 3-5 more to go.

Will we have flyers and merch for this event?

We will have flyers for the event but not merch. Have we taken merch to this event in the past? If so I can check with Michelle at Sonic if we can this year.

I don't believe that we did last year. But it's always good to have on hand for that "just incase" moment. Thanks Barty!!

I can attend this now, should I print more of those info cards to hand out?
