It says Snotface instead of chaos on the Bettie one

I love you guys but the cupquake penalty stats are wrong. I had 0 penalties this bout although on the sheets it says I have 4. Vile had 6 penalties, but this shows she only had 1. And Snotface had 5, but this shows she only had 3. I checked the penalty boards after the bout. I only remember my own penalties and theirs because they had the most. (sorry love you guys)
So either the inside white board was wrong or the penalty tracker.
(Or Johnny is drunk)
You can also see on the line up tracker sheets that I was not tracked for the penalty box on any jam.
My jam 25 penalties are actually Tbascos (515) according to the line up tracker. Jams 11 and 17 in the second half could have either been basco (515) or sweets (315) thats not marked.

Not complaining bc this is a home teams so who cares, but if we are going to uses stats for tryouts, i just want to bring to attention they are not accurate. Penalty tracking is a VERY hard job especially when we all have similar numbers! so again, not bitching but room for improvement.

Truth. I am marked as having zero penalties even thought I had at least two, maybe 3...
Using stats in the travel team tryouts procedure is definitely being considered so we should be sure that they are as accurate as possible...

IWB was accurate however there was a miscommunication with penalty tracker AND we had no wrangler til 2nd half. Johnny had a hard task in front of him trying to correct it.

I specifically remember marking at least 2 penalties for JMFK, and I'm with you on the maybe 3.

Penalty tracking is prob the hardest nso job especially w/ no wrangler! Oh well lets get it next time around thanks again nsos!

If I'm reading it correctly, it says I got 4 penalties and I only had 1 (for cutting, duh).

It says I had five penalties but I had three, and they were nearly back to back. Out of play, illegal procedure (I left the box early like a newb!  ) and then a back block a couple jams later. Also my name is not Snotface but she is super pretty   If stats are a tool for tryouts (which is a fantastic idea in my opinion) I just want ya'll to know I've never had five penalties in one game  

I have all the correct stats from IWB. We took a picture of it because we knew Steph was having trouble. We'll review it.

Acccording to my IWB stats, Ice had 0, Vile had 6, Snotface had 5, JMFK had 4, Mox had 1, Mollz had 1 and Chaos had 3.

All I know is IWB stats. I imagine if those stats were off, the others are as well.

OK....so here we go. I will admit that after looking at the stats from the Betties/Quakes bout, it's REALLY fucked up. Let me try to explain what happened. Before I do that though, let me just say that I'm glad that this was a home-team bout that I fucked up rather than one involving out-of-towners.

So here's what happened. To start off, I'd rather not throw anyone under the bus, but there was a major miscommunication between the penalty tracker and the white board "operator." It's nobody's fault, really, besides mine. I didn't train the penalty tracker well enough and there was a mistake. Things happen. After the bout, I took pictures of the white board and tried my damndest to recreate the actual penalties with help from the line-up tracking sheets. I'll totally admit that it's REALLY fucked up. Now, Moxie pointed out that 1221 is obviously not Snotface, and that set off a red light for me. What happened was when I input the penalties into the spreadsheet, I accidentally swapped the teams with the penalties. My tired (not drunk lol) fix was to switch all the names and numbers from the IBRF form, but I didn't fix everything like I should have.

My request is that you give me tonight to fix this. It shouldn't take long. Give me some time. I seriously apologize for this mistake. This can NOT happen on the WFTDA bout. We'll get the bugs worked out. I promise.

I was kidding about being drunk I hope you know that! Your right its not a huge deal dont worry too much. We got this for the next bout tho cuz its sanctioned!

Yeah. There are so many gosh darned equations and formulas in the WFTDA form that when I swapped everything around, I lost a lot of important information. I think I'm just going to re-input all the information tomorrow into a brand new spreadsheet rather than dealing with my brain right now. This sucks. I'm sorry.
