I like how this thread has turned into a face to face discussion.... I think talking in person is so much more effective where emails, forum posts can be misunderstood. Great idea about meeting:)

Face to face meetings are going to be a must happen in my opinion. It is very different reading post on here and talking it over in person as per our our meeting after practice last week. Yes we ALL are very busy and do not have alot of extra time on our schedule but these face to face meetings need to happen every so often.
