**As noted on sign up - I would like ALL donations to me by Wednesday the 27th. This will allow me to better track what we have and also ensure that all items are at the Interstate Center for track set up.**

Unless we already have gotten one, I'm going to get another hand stamper so that we have 2 at the door. If that sounds good, could you add to the signup and I'll signup so that I dont forget.

This is only a few days away.......there is still ALOT of stuff up in the air.
This is the stuff that we need to make a bout happen........

Due to a sick kid, I wasn't able to make it to practice......
If you are donating items for track set up(tape) please have it at the interstate center when set up starts.

I'm super late on this, but we're really good on napkins/plates, etc. My tub overfloweth with such things. Also, my kid is leaving me for the weekend tomorrow night, so I'll be glad to collect track set up supplies from anyone willing to donate them either tomorrow night or Friday. I think it's risky to wait till the last minute and will be glad to do what I can to avoid it.

Was just checking sign up to see what was left. I will swing by WalMart and grab bananas and blue painters tape before I come to set up....so, it will all be there before 10. Just wanted to pass that along since I didn't get it to anyone early.
