a few updates

Hi my MissFit family! I just wanted to update ya on the halftime/afterparty events!

Gymnastic ect will be performing in between the bouts! The after-party will be at Laugh and I am working on Flingers Pizza for food that night! Yum Yum!

Oh and for the check presentation the eye bank will have a recipient of an eye transplant accepting the check! How cool is that!!!!!

oh, do we have all the pies covered? Is someone making them or are we buying them?

I can make a couple of pies and I know there were a few other people who said they can either make or buy some as well. How many do we need?

And...how much whipped cream do we need?

I think 10 pies will do it. 5 for each contest. Whoever finishes their pie first wins. I know patches was talking about having a pumpkin pie making night.

The people from Gymnastics, Etc. were wondering if the parents of the performers get in free, or do they have to pay? I'm not sure how many we're talking about...

Do the people from Gymnastics Inc have certain songs they want played when they perform?

Jackers, might wanna throw paper plates and napkins on there too for the pizza. I'm pretty sure I have quite a few paper plates left over from the sign making table we had for the kiddos but I'll have to double check.

Also, Slay--did anybody answer you about the Gym. Etc. parents? They will need to pay....

Also, I haven't heard back about what music they want...I'm guessing something upbeat would suffice. I'll let you know if they have a preference.

I just got an email from Gymnastics, etc. and they are having trouble finding transport for their equipment to the bout. They wondered if anyone has a truck they could borrow. I hate to ask - because I know you are already going to be super busy - but Mark, is there anyway we could use your truck? If you have a friend who would want to drive it, I would be happy to bribe them. Or if you didn't mind I would...but I know some people are very protective of their vehicles (understandably!) Any other suggestions from people?

Dinah - the Gymnastics Etc people would like to drop off their equipment at 2pm - where should they go? Front door? I will be there to help coordinate them.

There's also a side door they could bring everything through. How much equipment are we talking about? We might be able to put it back in the garage area where the food is being served, but getting it out of there will be a problem.
