Set up and Hospitality

It is important to be there right at 3pm for a 3:15 start. Set up will mainly be experienced due to time restrictions. Set up will set up penalty box, benches, and suicide seating. We have mapped out where things will go so we are prepared that day.

Hospitality will include chairs, locker rooms, check in table, signs, merch tables. We will need still 3 more boxes of granola bars and bunches of bananas.

I'm doing grocery shopping today I can grab granola bars. Also in response to the chairs for people to sit in and watch, I have tons of chairs and am willing to bring them however my only concern is that we have time to set them and tear them down? Either way you give me the word and I will go grab more chairs!

The people schedule for hospitality include chair set up so with all of them we should have the manpower and time. Everyone is responsible to help tear down. Doors open at 4 so we'd have 45 minutes to get the chairs set up. I think we can do it.

Just a bump to remind everyone that next saturday it's important that everyone is there to pitch in and do their fair share of setting up quickly and also tearing down quickly right after the bout. TEAMWORK! GO MISSFITS!

There was not a sign up made since we needed very limited things. I think we have it all covered. Just some extra bottled water is left.

I have received messages from Jake and Champ regarding if we need any help on Saturday for NSO or other things. There was not a signup for volunteers and didn't know where to direct them. I didn't see anything posted in the NSO/Skater/Volunteer page. Should I have them join an NSO FB page instead? Is that a thing?

Jade contacted me regarding volunteers. I added Julie Dunlap and now I'm covered as long as no one cancels on me. Normally I would get updates for visiting NSOs through Interleague (at least from the visiting team).
