Communication is Key

Hey TEAM! We covered this at our most recent team meeting, but I wanted to make an official post on here that it is really important for us to keep open communication going.
If you need to change your availability for a bout, take a break from skating, have a medical/injury issue, want to see the team focusing on specific goals not being covered in practice, know that you cannot make attendance leading up to a bout, etc., PLEASE communicate with your captains. Any or all of us. You can email, text, use Facebook, whatever you prefer.
Communication is crucial to keep our team functioning as a solid unit, and to be sure we as captains know what to expect from our teammates. Thank you.
