So from a white vs black perspective I would say blacks walls where pretty solid for the most part. Lynn and vile try and get lower and work on staying stable, I'm a pusher and it was working for me. Slow the jammer, grab her in the wall and put on the breaks.
Also watch the lines, our jammer had a few easy leads due to inside and outside line not being covered.
And don't be afraid to pull out a dandelion, I know we hate it but they might use it on us too.
Over all good work and they are gonna have a challenge for sure!

It was a great practice. I think both sides were pretty good at staying on the opposing jammer, and the resetting and togetherness of the packs got much better after we talked about focusing on the buddy system.
We just need to focus on controlling our speed, staying together, and not allowing their jammers to score points. Don't give up on stopping their jammers/getting up front, and don't allow yourself to get goated. Fight fight fight!

White packs were doing a great job with recycling, but we were sometimes getting spread a little thin. I think we did a good job of resetting after we talked about the buddy system.
Another thing we talked about was giving up when there was a bridge keeping you in play, listen to your teammate, they are watching and waiting for the ref to call you out of play so keep going until you hear that call. If you are the "bridger" say "Bridging! You're good!" and keep the communication coming.
Overall, I saw good things from both sides though! Lots of dangling and solid walls.

Great play from both sides! White did a good job of breaking up that wall and sweeping from the line from the start! Let's stick together and communicate! Don't let that jammer pass! We got this!
