August 24th Bout Day Agenda
1 pm – ?? Set up
2pm – VIP table volunteers arrive
2pm-3:00pm – Skater, Ref, NSO, Volunteer check-in
3:30 – Emergency Action Plan Meeting**
**Captains, 1 representative (player), and coaches from each team as well as the head ref are required to attend
3:00-3:20 – MCM Betties Warm Up
3:20-3:40 – Quakes Warm Up
3:40-4:00 – Barbed Wire Betties Warm Up
4:00-4:20 – Dactyls Warm Up
4pm – Doors open
4pm – NSO meeting
4:30pm – All Captain Meeting
4:45pm – Gear Check (Dactyls and Barbed Wire Betties)
5pm – Introductions, National Anthem, Bout Starts
5:45 (ish) – Half time
5:55 – second half begins
6:25 – First bout over
6:25 – Intermission – Dactyls to the Autograph Table!
6:35 – Gear Check (Quakes and MCM Betties)
6:40 – Introductions, Bout Starts
7:20 - Half time
7:30 – Second half begins
8pm – Second bout over –Quakes and Betties to the Autograph Table!
Tear Down / PARTY!
1 pm – ?? Set up

Dinah, could you please move the nso meeting to 4pm? I'll have some late arrivals
