02/20/2013 (Wednesday) - Papa Murphy's Fundraiser

WHAT: Buy pizzas or any other regular-priced item at Papa Murphy's using the flyer (to be distributed soon), and the MissFits receive 20% of the sale.

WHEN: Wednesday, February 20, during store hours at either location.

Just a thought...would it be too late or at all possible to attach a flyer to the bruiseletter to attempt to increase the number of people aware of this event?

That's the plan (from your mention of it---thanks for the great idea), if we can get it quick enough from the person you put us in contact with. We asked her to get us one within a few days.

I will put some pressure on her to see if I can get it sooner...

I can bring just a few more mini-flyers to practice next week. However, if you didn’t get any and can print it from the link included in the Facebook event , please do so!

PLEASE NOTE:
- People can either bring the flyer OR just mention the MissFits when paying, in order for us to receive 20% of the bill.
- People can go to either location (1531 E. College Ave-Normal or 2402 E. Oakland Ave-Bloomington), but Skarebear works at the Oakland Ave one and will for sure be looking out for us.
- Papa Murphy’s closes at 8PM and this fundraiser is on a Wednesday when we have practice. Please make plans to pick up your pizzas prior to practice. They are good in the fridge (or a cold car!) for 24 hours.

I’ll bump this as a reminder when we get a little closer.

Note: Papa Murphys is going to stay open an extra hour this day--until 9:00. So, if you are planning to participate, please either plan to get a pizza before practice, or plan on leaving practice at 8:30 or shortly after so you can make it before closing.

You may have already seen on our fan page that this was the most successful fundraiser that Papa Murphy had done to date! They have already asked if we'll do another in a few months.

That's awesome, it was my first time there and it was super delic! Also some of the people I work for at ISU got pizza too!

great job missfits!!!! i know everyone at the zoo got pizza too!! i bought extra so ill have leftovers for lunch all week!!

My store was a huge success. We had $291 of that coming from my store I am glad you all liked you pizzas. I am super excited that this can be done again. It really takes little effort for MissFits and I get to talk to Fits all day

My brother and I each got a pizza, and neither of us had ever had it before. We love it and have leftovers for days!
