Wrecka will you grab poster's for me to or my group 2 to and then I can pick them up from you Wednesday since you're my neighbor or we can tag team in the morning with the hanging and then when you go to work I can hit my group 2 locations. T-Wrecks let me know what works for you or what places you can make it to on Wednesday over you lunch.

I forgot to get my flyers from you last night at practice, Laursony.

I can give you some tonight. So, when we got the fliers from printing, the information at the bottom was blurry (where to purchase tickets/sponsors). I can only assume that Jerm didn't give us a good enough copy in regard to resolution. I thought that it was still readible, but others disagree. So, if you are hanging flyers, if you can cover the information (with a label perhaps) and write in the information (sponsors not needed), that would be great. If they are already posted, I'm assuming that with all the other information, if someone is interested, they will figure out what to do. Thanks! I will also address this with Jerm so it won't happen again, but it hasn't ever happened before either!?!?

you should mention to jerm that the sponsors info is not going on them now and that if he wants it on there he could help pay for reprints!!! should we make pip let us look at a copy before we approve the printing... just a thought i know it takes more time but they are really hard to read and i feel bad not being able to read the sponsors or our website even!

Generally speaking anytime that you get something printed you should get a proof. The problem with posters is that if you get a proof it will probably look ok because at that point it hasn't been blown up to size. Maybe we could ask PIP to give us recommendations if they think it is not going to print out properly. However, I'm thinking that since Laursony is going to address this with Jerm that it probably won't be a problem in the future.

I guess I will be asking for a print from now on, but I didn't feel that it was necessary before this because Jerm has given us files for at least 3-4 other bouts, and the resolution was always high enough. Another lesson learned, I suppose.

just a head's up, i printed off a black and white copy from the picture on facebook at work (we don't have color printers) and it was as clear as could be- sponsers and all. i plan on making copies of this and putting these up everywhere. if anyone else could do this, you should! it will save us some dolla bills!

Well, that is wierd. Maybe it was PIP??

I also printed a couple off on the color printer here at work (from the facebook flyer), and they were super clear. But I can't use all the ink up here, or I will get in trawrble...

I contacted PIP with a nice "complaint," and they are looking into the issue. My hope is that they will agree to reprint the small flyers for free. All the larger ones are already up.
