06/22/12-06/23/12 Relay for Life Sign Up

Here is the sign up for volunteers and supplies for Relay for Life. It will be 6/22-6/23 noon to noon, at Normal West High School.

I am not sure what to sign up for time wise for this. I am doing Missfit and Papa Murphys. I am required to work a portion of the time at the Papa Murphy's tent but still have not been given the times available for this yet and figured I would spend some of the rest of the time with the Fits (just take two outfits and change between the two)

Are we gonna do anything fun to make some money? Im totes down to get pie in the face...I'll be at the event full time with my lil monkey too.

I would love to do some FUNdraising while we are there! I may have to bow out for a few hours and sleep in my own bed, I am working midnight shift the night before...but otherwise I plan on being there the whole time!

Thanks, Jackers, for making the genius. I can no longer attend this event, but I hope that I can get at least ONE person to donate to my page. I will have all supplies ready though and will make sure they get to the event (i.e. flyers for 06/30 bout, merch, banner, etc).

Papa murphys is doing 50/50 raffle and some sort of relay scratch off to donate tickets...

Mox I am down for whatever we can come up with to raise some money.

My lil one will probably be there with me for some of it but not all.

Idk about the dunk tank, I mean maybe if we can get a better one. I just don't want anyone to get injured or kids to drown. However I will totally take a pie in the face and sign some autographs

I can work on a different one, I agree it was not that great but we didnt know till we got it.

We had an awesome dunk tank at Karnival Knight at Northpoint this year. Want me to ask where they got it?

Weavers rents them but it like $150 for a few hours. If anyone has a "contact" or we can get someone to pay for it as a donation.

We have Relay for Life Raffle Tickets that can still be sold.  Let's see if we can raise a little more before the actual event. All the sales go directly to our final contribution.

Jackers will have them at practices, so please check some out along with your bout tickets.

Pr/Fundraising received an email about the silent auction they will be doing during the event. So, we're going to put a small basket together for this with some MissFits items like a T-Shirt, a couple of 2012 'season' passes, and need a few other items. If you have other ideas or donations for it, please let me know!

I signed up and made it official, I shall live there this weekend. Mox do you know if you're camping yet or not? I can bring a tent and such as well, how much room do we have?

It's enough for a few small tents or one giant n one small. Last year i think we might have pitched the only tent...maybe there were two. We have a 3-4 man tent for our fam so there should be plenty of room for others!

Cool, then i'll get ahold of another 4-man! (which really only fits about 2 adults, MAYBE 3 if you're fine being cozy) yay!

We have a good representation of Fits for Relay so far. Anyone else able to come walk? There are a few slots that are a little lighter. Thanks!
