Farmers market bake sale

When: sat August 18th 730am-12pm
What: selling our yummy bake goods and passing out flyers! MissFits merchant too!

Please let us know, via the sign-up genius, if you can make some items for this bake sale. We want this to be just as much of a fundraiser event as it is a PR event! Please, please, please help out and make something yummy!!

Not able to make my 10-12 shift due to a funeral:(. I can come for an hour earlier that morning to help.

FEW ITEMS for FARMERS MARKET:

1) I'm looking for a cash box. Rosie is out of town until Aug 18th, so does anyone happen to have one of them that they can bring to practice Wed? If not, I can find something that will work.

2) MAULLY--I have some merchandise, but do you have some intraleague team shirts and the PVC pipe stand that Mark made for display? And can you bring to practice Tues or Wed?

3) If anyone has baked goods and doesn't need to get there early Sat, I can pick them up after work on Friday (around 5pm). Let's meet at YWCA. Let me know so I know who to expect!

It looks like it will be a great day for the Farmer's Market. I may even need my MissFits jacket in the morning.

We will be at the same spot as last year. It's the corner of Jefferson and Center in downtown Bloomington, across the street from Maguire's. (Maybe Maguire's will be open at 7am and serving Bloody Marys?)

If you want to bring your skates to get around when selling tickets or handing out flyers or dragging people back to our table, fantastic!!

the signup in the morning is full, but i can come work it now! at least until 10. i miiiiight be able to make something, but i can't guarantee how good it will be.

I'm baking my shit at the coffee hound tonight. Boss lady said it was cool if I just leave it overnight there so I'll be hauling my goods up in the a.m. since I'll be working anyways. okey doke

A great day and great crowd at the Farmers Market! We sold nearly everything we brought, plus 4 bout tickets plus handing out a lot of flyers and talking to people. We made about $250--yay!!

We will need a few more people to makes goods for the Normal Farmers Market on Tues, please.

We're certainly getting the word out between the farmers markets and Danvers parade.
