Raising Dues Poll

1. Raise Dues $5 - No schedule change (Condorcet winner: wins contests with all other choices)
2. Raise Dues $5 - Move Sunday Practice to Saturday loses to Raise Dues $5 - No schedule change by 22–13
3. Dues Unchanged - Drop Sunday, M/T @ BJ, Wed @ the Y loses to Raise Dues $5 - No schedule change by 25–10, loses to Raise Dues $5 - Move Sunday Practice to Saturday by 19–17
4. Raise Dues $5 - Move Sunday Practice to 7 pm loses to Raise Dues $5 - No schedule change by 22–12, loses to Dues Unchanged - Drop Sunday, M/T @ BJ, Wed @ the Y by 20–16
5. Raise Dues $10 - Practice Wed, Sat, Sun @ the Y loses to Raise Dues $5 - No schedule change by 29–5, loses to Raise Dues $5 - Move Sunday Practice to 7 pm by 25–7

Do we add the $5 to December or starting with the new year? Either way, just want to know how much I am writing a check for...

i believe this is starting december. there is no reason to wait until the new year since everyone voted to raise them.

So, we are paying $30 for December even though we are taking two weeks off of practice? Just wonderin'...

I say yes, we have been in the negative because of Tue practice so this will make up for that.

maybe i'm lost...? was there actually a poll sent out by email for this (and the holiday practices) like there has been for other things in the past? if so, i did not get either. i realize its too late to add my opinion, but i just want to make sure i'm not being left out of future polls....

Yes there were 2 polls sent out by Kim, she even posted on here and on the MissFits page that she would leave them open a few extra days because some people didn't get them at first. Check your junk mail folder.

This is a good point. I see both sides and it's tricky...holidays mean funds are extra tight for everyone and paying more for less practice time is kinda sucky...but the league does need some $$ (will our Dec. fundraisers not help enough?)....maybe some more Fits should chime in on this, or the board could officially make the call. I dunno, guess we shoulda polled about this too. *sigh*

It wasn't Kim it was Pushy, just want to clarify cause she is our new poll gal. If you didn't get either please check with her that your email is correct.
