Stay4 Foundation

I was asked by a city friend (Brandy Maloney) if the Missfits wanted to come to the Stay4 fundraiser July 14th. (stay4 fundraising as I understand it raises money for juveniles to help them stay in school, focused towards making a better life for themselves) We wouldn't necessarily be doing anything but getting out there and meeting some prominent people in the community.

This is a night where 20 (local) Stars for Life have donated $1000 each (from $25 tickets they sell to attendees) and enjoy free food and drinks (beer/wine) and there will be music/dancing. I think it would be a great opportunity to set foot towards some sponsors and just having fun with some fans.

If even if we could get just three or four Missfits to go (THE MORE THE MERRIER), it would be good for us to show face to the community and the cause! We could probably take tickets in to sell for our July 23rd bout too, "under the table", maybe after some peeps have had a few drinks or something. lol

Brandy Maloney would be selling tickets to the Stay4 event, $25 each (again, free food, drinks and dancing all night) she can be reached at 750-1207 to arrange. Cash or checks (made out to Great Plains Life Foundation). I am definitely going, let me know if you are interested and I will get tickets from her all at once, otherwise you can contact her directly.

Brandy will bring tickets to the car wash next Saturday and take cash/checks then.
I asked about attire. We can totally wear what we want. Missfit style is fine! Last years event, people showed up in formal gowns to casual jeans, etc.
I need to let her know in the next few days final ticket needs from us so yay or nay here please.

I will let her know in the next couple days, I would like to have final count by July 6th, her final date is July 8th...I guarantee you this will be fun. So any and all individuals that don't mind mingling and talking with others should come. And like Mr. Bates said, if we can get more business cards in the following weeks to pass out, OR BETTER YET, posters/handouts/tickets for our upcoming bout. I plan on talking up a few past coworker/peers for sponsor-ships there.

Ok, Ive been to the sight and whatnot and I am so freakin confused so idk if Im in or not, LOL! So this is a dinner, we pay $25, food, drinks and Shenanigans to follow....so I guess my confusion is....what do we wear to such an event? Super fancy?

i was thinking the same thing twrecks i have soo many suit jackets i could wear so i'm probably gonna do that and maybe look a little respectable! i know crazy right! i'll def have a dash of glitter! or i could just go all out and wear my pink suit with a missfits shirt !!!

so i know we decided on dressing up but how do you feel about dressing up and maybe monster makeup? i know its silly but it would get people talking for sure if t wrecks had a facial contusion and i had some vampire fangs!! feel free to tell me this idea is entirely too much!
